I always take photos of my kids eating their chocolate Easter bunnies, and they always seem to eat the ears first! This page went together really quickly, using Amanda's new Sunlight From Heaven Easter kit. I just love the soft spring-y colors of this kit. CT Layout using Wax Nostalgic

I created this layout using Wax Nostalgic, Amanda's new set of mini-kits that coordinate with the Digitals CAKE event for March. The colors are truly spring-y and bright, reminding me of flowers and new green growth everywhere! I just love the colors and shabby textures in Amanda's new kit, Sunlight From Heaven! I created this page using bits of the kit and the add-on. This picture of my daughter trying to eat a whole Easter egg has always been a favorite of mine. I created a little scene by extracting my daughter, sitting her in the frame, and scattering some beads and the cracked egg on the floor. The hardest part of this layout was trying to get the shadows to look realistic!

Hi! This post is from Sparky4, I am one of Amanda's CT members. I just got Amanda's yellow-and-grey themed Flea Market Chic products yesterday (see previous post for the whole scoop on this cool product group), and thought her shabby chic pieces would go well with some heritage photos I have. This is a photo of my grandmother and her siblings having a tea party in the field while haying! I wonder if this was a special occasion or did they do this all the time?!?

CT Layout 2 using Celebrate Life!

Well shoot! When I started to create my son's first-day-of-school page for this year I realized I had not taken a photo of him at our front door. At least I did have some photos from that day, of him setting off on his bike. He is in his sophomore year of college and we only live about 5 miles from campus, so it is easy for him to ride when the weather is nice. Again, I used Amanda's versatile Celebrate Life! kit.

I always take a photo of my kids on our front porch on the first day of school each year, and then I create a layout for each kid using that photo. I started to do the same today for my daughter, who is in her senior year of high school, and then I thought how fun it would be to look back at all her first-day pics! Amanda's grid paper reminded me of a template I had that was perfect for the 12 photos (K - 11th grade). I used Amanda's new Celebrate Life! kit for these pages.

CT Layout using Christmas Tea

My daughter has always loved sock monkeys, and last year she got sock monkey slippers for Christmas - one of her favorite gifts. I used Amanda's new kit "Christmas Tea" to scrap this. The red solid paper is from an accompanying freebie which was in one of the recent Digitals newsletters.
